Things to Remember

Before setting up the integration, please ensure that the base currency in MyLogiwa and that of your sales channel account are the same.

If this is the first store you are connecting to MyLogiwa, we highly recommend connecting the store with the most complete product catalog.

If this an additional store we recommend you check and update your product SKU codes so your products can be linked in MyLogiwa. This will prevent any duplicate products being created. Find out more here.

To enable Multi-Channel Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) you need to have Amazon FBA setup first.

  • You can enable Amazon MCF while integrating Amazon FBA at the same time.

  • You can enable Amazon MCF after Amazon FBA setup is completed

Enable Amazon MCF

1. If you have no Amazon FBA integration yet, you need to connect your Amazon FBA account to MyLogiwa first.

If you already have Amazon FBA connection, go to the Amazon FBA Intergation page.

  • Go to the Integration page

  • Click Amazon logo

  • Choose Fulfillment by Amazon logo

2. You'll be directed to the Amazon FBA Integration page. You'll see the 'Enable Multi-Channel FBA' button at the right below the corner of the screen.

3. Click the 'Enable Multi-Channel FBA' button and make your Amazon MCF Setup.

4. When you 'Save the Configuration', Amazon MCF starts working for you.

Learn how to send your orders to Amazon FBA

What's Available for Amazon MCF

When you enable the Amazon MCF you'll see a parameter as "Feed Order to Amazon FBA". This option activates the Amazon MCF.

There are 2 parameters for Feed order to Amazon FBA:

  • Track Order Status and Ship Orders on MyLogiwa: After you send orders to Amazon FBA, MyLogiwa'll keep track of the order's statuses.

  • Send Shipment Info to The Order's Source Channel: After Amazon FBA ship your order to the customer, MyLogiwa can send the same shipment info to the order's source channel.

Track Order Status and Ship Orders on MyLogiwa

If this parameter is active, after you send orders to Amazon FBA we'll continue to track order statuses from Amazon FBA.

When Amazon FBA completes packing the order and sends it to the customer, we Ship the order on MyLogiwa as well.

Send Shipment Info to The Order's Source Channel

After Amazon FBA fulfilled the order, we Ship the order on MyLogiwa as well. If you want to fulfill this order on the source channel, you need to keep this parameter open. Don't forget that, "Send Shipment Info to the Store" parameter should be open for the channel ıntegration as well.

For Example:

Let's assume that you've 10 new orders from Shopify. You choose 3 of them and Send them to Amazon FBA.

For your Shopify setup, let's assume that "Send Shipment Info to the Store" parameter is active:

  • If "Send Shipment Info to The Order's Source Channel" parameter is closed on Amazon MCF setup, when 3 Amazon FBA orders are shipped by Amazon FBA, orders shipped on MyLogiwa as well, but don't ship on Shopify.

  • If "Send Shipment Info to The Order's Source Channel" parameter is open on Amazon MCF setup, when 3 Amazon FBA orders are shipped by Amazon FBA, orders shipped on MyLogiwa and Shopify both.

For your Shopify setup, let's assume that "Send Shipment Info to the Store" parameter is close:

  • When Amazon FBA ships your orders, orders are shipped on MyLogiwa. But we're not sending shipment info to the store.
