The Workflow helps you to send a notification to your teammates when a high-value order has been created.

Upon all new orders received in the system, this automation checks for two possible conditions existing.

  1. If the order is created

  2. If the total value of the order is over a certain threshold.

Should both of these conditions are met, we will then send an email to your teammates that a high-value customer has created an order. So your teammates can prioritize the order.
