On the packing Station screen, you can start packing with different options.

  1. Scan an Order Code

  2. Scan a Job Code

  3. Scan a Picking Location (Tote, Cart)

  4. Choose order on the pending orders board.

In this document, we'll detail how to start packing by choosing an order from the order list.

  1. To see all unpacked orders, click the 'Show All Orders' button

  2. You'll see all pending orders to be packed.

Every order includes the following information

  • Order code

  • Picking statuses: 'Still Picking', and 'Picked'

  • Total item count for the order

  • Current location of the order. It can be a tote or a cart. If an order is not picked yet, the location will show you the storage location itself.

  • Images of each different items

  • Order note.

3. You can scan a barcode of the Order Code. Or you can filter and choose an order. We suggest you choose a 'Picked' order.

4. The system directs you to the order packing screen.

  • You can scan each item's barcodes here.

  • Or you can use the 'Add to Box' button, to approve the quantity of an item.

5. After you scan item barcodes, or click the 'Add to Box' button, items will go to the right side of the screen.

6. Click on the Complete Order button, to approve the packing.

That's all!

To complete the packing, click the 'Complete' button.

What should I do to start packing?

Packing Station: Pack an order by scanning Order Code, Job code, or Picking Location.

Packing Station: All pending orders to be packed.

1.Reprint Label and Packing Slip on the packing station.

2.Get Label on the packing station

3.Edit Carrier and Shipment Method if the order has no assigned carrier or shipment method on the packing station.

Report Issue feature if the order is unavailable to pack.

Packing Station: Edit customer address at the packing station.

Cancel the packing operation for the orders.
