On the packing Station screen, you can start packing with different options.
In this document, we'll detail what should a packer do if there is a problem to pack an order.
Exceptional issues can happen always such as, a picker can pick the wrong item for the order, there can be a missing item for the order, quantities can be wrong to pack or etc.
In these cases, you want to reduce any ad hock decisions and want to optimize the flow for packers. To do that, the packer can just report an issue and continue with other orders.
To report an issue for an order, follow the steps:
Click the 'Report Issue' button
Choose a reason or type a reason for the order
4. To go over with the next order, click the 'Report Issue and Print' button. The system will note these issues on the order.
5. Print the issue document and put over on the items.
6. Move all items to a different place than the current desc. A Supervisor will control them all later.
Report Issue feature if the order is unavailable to pack.
Cancel the packing operation for the orders.
