On the packing Station screen, you can start packing with different options.

  1. Scan an Order Code, or a Job Code, or a Picking Location (Tote, Cart)

  2. Choose order among the pending orders.

In this document, we'll detail what should a packer do if there is a problem to pack an order.

The customer address is the very endpoint of the order shipment. The packing process is to box items correctly to ship them to the customer. So the packer should be sure that the address is right in the end. Sometimes, some parts of the address can be missing or wrong, in this case, generally, carriers don't create rate and label. To fix this issue, address edit is needed.

To edit the customer address, follow the steps:

1. Click the 'Edit' button next to the address

2. A sidebar will be open. Edit the address.

3. Click the 'Update Address' button to save the changes.

That's all!

You've changed the address, and now try to create a label again.

Don't forget to tab on the 'Complete' button, to finish the packing for the order.
