You can upgrade or downgrade your account plan based on your company's needs.

If you're the owner of the MyLogiwa account, or if your user's role has upgrade/downgrade permission, there are two different plans available for now; WMS Basic Plan and Lifetime Free Plan.

You can see the differences in plans on the comparison page.

Upgrade from Lifetime Free Plan to WMS Basic Plan

1- From your user menu, click the Upgrade Plan.

2- Click the Upgrade Plan button on the screen. This action starts your 1-month free trial on WMS Basic Plan.

3- At the end of the 1-month free trial, your plan will automatically be downgraded to the Lifetime free plan. If you decided to continue with the MyLogiwa WMS Basic plan, you can simply contact us.

Downgrade from WMS Basic Plan to Lifetime Free Plan

1- From your user menu, click the Upgrade Plan.

2- Click the Downgrade Plan button on the screen.

3- At the end date of your current subscription plan, your MyLogiwa subscription will automatically be downgraded to the Lifetime Free Plan.

What to keep in mind?

If you downgrade your account, keep these conditions in mind;

  1. Integrations; if the downgraded plan has less integration limit than you currently have, please delete/deactivate integrations based on your new plan.

  2. Users; if the downgraded plan has less user count than you currently have, some users might lose their access to your MyLogiwa account.

  3. Workflows (Automation Rules); if the downgraded plan has less workflow limit than you currently have, please rearrange your workflows as you desire. Otherwise, some of your workflows will be deactivated automatically.

  4. Warehouses; if the downgraded plan has less warehouse count than you currently have, please keep in mind that you might lose access to these warehouses.
