To use the job management feature, your account should have a 3PL Basic plan subscription. To learn how to upgrade your plan please read this article; How to upgrade or downgrade your plan?
Editable fields of the system-defined jobs are limited, you can only change the priority field and the status of the system-defined jobs.
To edit a job type, please follow these steps;
1- From your user menu, click on the Setup, then click on the Job Types option under the Job Management section.
2- If you want to deactivate a job type, you can use the toggle buttons on the status column. For editing the parameters of the job type, select the arrow on the right side
3- On this screen, change the parameters as you want.
Code: This field refers to the created job type
Description: Summary of the job type's business.
Priority: The priority value indicates the execution order of the selected job type. During the job creation process, the system evaluates the selected job types as ascending priority.
Order min count: The minimum order count field determines the shipment order count required for job creation with this particular job type.
Order max count: The maximum order count field determines the shipment order count required for job creation with this particular job type.
Item count: The item count field determines the exact item count per shipment order. This field is useful for creating identical item job types.
Is active: If a job type is active, this means it can be used for creating warehouse jobs. You can deactivate the job types that you don't want to use.
Single Item Job? : Single item job means this job type only selects the orders that have only one item with a single amount.
Identical Item Job? : Identical item job means this job type only selects the orders that have the same SKU. You can specify this job type with the item count field. ıf you use the Identical Item Job with the 2 item count, this job type will be only select the shipment orders that have the same SKU with the amount of 2.
Sorted by prioritization? : By default, job execution sorts the selected shipment orders according to their creation date. But, you can change this by selecting this option. You can set the priority of the order via the fulfillment pipeline.
4- If you want to add conditions to the job type, select the Conditions tab
5- To view the available conditions, click on the plus button
6- This screen is similar to the workflow page. After you selected your condition, comparator and the value, hit the "Set Condition" button.
7- You can add another condition by clicking on the plus sign. Whenever your conditions are ready, click on the Save Job Type button.
