Need to make changes to or remove an existing billing contract? You can edit most parts of the billing contract as needed, as well as delete one with a handful of clicks. Just follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide
- First, navigate to the Billing section of Logiwa IO. You can view change logs, show details, edit, and delete the previously created billing forms via this screen. 
Edit
- Find the contract you wish to edit and click the 3-Dot menu, then select Edit. You can also select the contract's name to view details. 
- If needed, use the Filter button to filter your billing forms. 
- There are 4 different actions you can handle on the edit form: - Edit the billing form 
- Create a new fee 
- Edit an existing fee 
- Delete a fee 
 
Edit the Billing Form
- To edit a created billing form, simply click on the Edit icon. Please keep in mind, the warehouse and the client selections cannot be modified. 
Create a New Fee
- Creating a new fee follows the same steps as when creating a billing contract. 
Edit an Existing Fee
- To edit an exiting fee, click on the Edit Form icon in the upper-right corner. The edit form will automatically expand over the fee list, and the screen will also auto-scroll to the edit form. 
Delete a Fee
- Deleting a fee is also possible through this screen. Click on the X icon on the upper-right corner of the billing fee. 
Summary
- Check the summary section of the billing fee to view your existing fees. 
- When finished, make sure to click Save to record your changes. 
Delete
- Find the contract you wish to edit and click the 3-Dot menu, then select Delete. 
- You can also multi-select billing reports and click the Delete button on the top bar. 
- The system will display a warning message before you can delete the billing contract. Choose Yes to continue. 
- You will receive a confirmation message once the billing form has been deleted.
