What is the mailing list?
Your mailing list shows everyone who has subscribed to, or unsubscribed, from your mass messages. This includes active, canceled and expired members, Guests, and those who don't have accounts but are subscribed to your mailing list. Your mailing list can be found in Mass message > Manage mailing list.
Unsubscribing recipients
Although recipients can unsubscribe themselves via the unsubscribe link in the footer of emails, you can also do this for them. This can be done via the menu:
Auto unsubscribe
Subscribers are automatically unsubscribed from your mailing list if they have not interacted with your site AND have not clicked or opened an email from your site in 9 months.
