If you created a Monero wallet on a different platform, or if you have an older MyMonero wallet that you would like to restore, you can do so quite easily on our system.

You will need your Mnemonic Seed phrase or your private wallet keys to do this. Once you have successfully logged in, your balance and transaction history should automatically reflect.

But depending on how old the wallet is, sometimes it needs to be manually imported.

If this is the case, you can contact our support team and send us your wallet address requesting the import. We will be happy to do this for you at no cost to you.
