Log in to MyNativeForest
Open Menu
Go to Wallet > Top up with bank transfer.
Here, you’ll find the details you need to make a bank transfer:
your account reference,
the payee's name, and
the MyNativeForest account number.
When setting up a one-off bank transfer, make sure that your account reference is correct. We use this reference to assign your top-up to your Wallet. If you forget to add your reference, please let the team know at help@mynativeforest.com.
Topping up your Wallet with a bank transfer can take a few hours on weekdays. Over weekends and public holidays, it can take a few days—it all depends on your bank!
