Once the Super Admin sets up the account, surveys can be sent straight away. These will automatically be attributed to the Super Admin's profile by default. 

To link surveys to someone else (a Planner or Broker), that person needs to have their own profile within the account (which takes 2-3 minutes to activate). 

If you don't give them their own profile you won't be able to send surveys from themselves to their clients. This means they won't be able to: 

  1. View their own results.
  2. View their own historical reports.
  3. Have a profile on MyNextAdvice’s automated lead generation service.
