You can request a return in two ways, depending on whether your product was shipped to you or picked up in the office.
🚚 If Your Product Was Shipped to You
This means that you ordered a product from SkinDrop. Follow these steps to request a return for a shipped product:
Open Your Wallet
Go to your Wallet in the app.
Go to the Products Tab
Tap Products.
Find and select the product you want to return.
Start a Return Request
Tap Need Help.
Confirm the product you’d like to return.
Complete the Return Questionnaire
Answer these questions:
Has the item been opened or used? (Yes/No)
Is the product damaged or defective? (Yes/No)
Select a reason for return:
Item is defective
Product and box are both damaged
Box is damaged, but product is not
Missing or broken parts
Inaccurate description
Product damaged, but box okay
Wrong item received
Add any additional details in the comments field.
Submit Your Request
Tap Next to submit your return request.
You’ll receive an update with the next steps within 3–5 business days.
🏢 If Your Product Is an In-Office Pickup
This means that you ordered a product directly from your practice. Follow these steps to request a return for a product you plan to pick up in the office:
Open Your Wallet
Go to your Wallet in the app.
Navigate to the Products Tab
Find and select the product you want to return.
Select “Need Help”
Tap the Need Help button.
Contact the Practice
Choose the option to reach out to your practice regarding your refund request.
Send your message to the practice to begin the return process.
