Overview

You can delete your RepeatMD account directly from the Patient App at any time. This gives you a simple, self-service way to remove your personal information if you no longer want to use the app.

Once your account is deleted, you’ll be logged out and your personal data will be permanently removed.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

  • Your personal information is permanently removed

  • Your app access ends immediately

  • Credits, rewards, and purchase history are removed from your account

  • The action cannot be undone

Some transaction and financial records are kept securely for legal and accounting purposes, but they are no longer connected to an active account.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

Follow these steps in the RepeatMD Patient App:

  1. Open the RepeatMD app

  2. Go to Account Details

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account

  4. Review the confirmation message

  5. Tap Delete my account to confirm

After confirming, you’ll be logged out and your account will be deleted.

Important Things to Know

  • Account deletion is permanent

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored

  • You will need to sign up again if you decide to return in the future

  • Your practice cannot undo this action for you
