Below are the general steps when placing an order starting from the Shop screen on the Patient Rewards mobile app.
Shop is set up to other familiar eCommerce sites with promotional treatment placement at the top, A carousel of in-app best sellers, and categorization by service type or concern.
1. Use the filters and categories to find what service you are looking to purchase.
2. Click into the service you are interested in buying to review the imagery, description, pre and post care, and pricing.
π‘Pro tip:
If you are not yet enrolled in a membership, you will see two pricing options across the app. This is the calculated difference of what you would pay if you were a member versus making a one-off purchase.
If you enroll in a membership and purchase an eligible treatment or package at the same time, you will receive your membership discount at that time of purchase.
3. Once you are ready, select 'Add to cart' on the screen
4. You can add any available promotional codes or RepeatCash to your purchase.
5. If applicable, select any employees who have helped you with your purchase for commission purposes.
6. Select 'Check out now'.
7. Select your payment method and click 'Place order' to review and confirm your purchase on the next screen.
Available payment types include:
Manual card input
Apple Pay
Google Pay
8. Once your payment has been processed, a confirmation screen will load confirming your purchase has been complete.

Because your med spa is partnered with RepeatMD, you will see 'MyRepeat' on your credit card statement as the merchant of record.
9. Click 'Next' and you'll be redirected back to your Account screen's Treatments page.
10. Click into the recently purchased treatment and select 'Book now' to book your next appointment.
