Update membership billing information

Patients can manage their billing information on your patient rewards app. If they are having issues with their billing, send them the following instructions:

  1. Log in using your phone number.

  2. After logging in, tap Account on the bottom right of your screen.

  3. Tap Memberships from the top menu.

  4. Scroll down and select Update payment method.

    A message will pop-up to notify the patient that they are being redirected to the payment provider to update their billing information.

  5. Once updated, tap Save card. You are redirected back to the account screen on your Patient Rewards app.
