Yes, you can subscribe to our business broadband, L2VPN, voice and managed services in a residential address.

We understand that some businesses are run from a residential address and we strongly support that.

The application process follows that of all MyRepublic business service applications; we will require:

  1. Document that supports incorporation of the entity
E.g. Company’s latest Certificate of Registration from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA)

  2. Copy of identification document (NRIC/ FIN/ Passport) of the Authorised Officer who is applying on behalf of the company, for authentication purposes

  3. Original letter of authorization with company’s letterhead indicating name, NRIC, designation of Authorised Officer(AO), and signed by the company Director (with Company Stamp) if the AO is not the owner or director of the company

  4. Proof of business operating from the residential address
E.g. Can be electricity or water invoice, or IRAS statement.

We may need to request Netlink Trust (NLT) which provides the NGNBN network, to reclassify the residential address as a business address. In such cases, your provisioning lead time may be extended. We will endeavor to provision the service as soon as possible.

You may drop us a call at +65 6430 0887 (available weekdays 9am – 6pm) or fill out the contact form and we will respond by the following business day.
