I can't make calls! Help!

If you're having issues with your Business Voice, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check if your internet is affected. If you have internet service but the phone line is down, plug out the phone and reconnect the phone wire securely. If possible, try a different phone.

  • If your internet service is down, the phone line will not work. Try troubleshooting the internet, click here!

  • After checking the physical phone connection, if you're still unable to make calls please contact our Support Care at 6816 0088 or email business.support.sg@myrepublic.net with your Company Name, Customer ID, Contact Person, and Number. Once received, we will assist you accordingly.
