Start Your Move with Us: Easy Steps
Initiate Your Request: Visit MyAccount, go to "Manage My Plan," and click on "Submit Relocation" to start your moving process.
Set Your Schedule: Choose your preferred date and time for the move. We'll confirm your appointment within three days via SMS, once we process your request.
Approval Notice: Please be aware that your relocation request needs MyRepublic's approval.

Understanding Costs for New and Relocated Connections
Termination Point Installation: If your new address doesnāt have a Termination Point (TP) installed, you will face an additional charge:
For high-rise residences: $182.03
For landed properties: $333.54
Service Fees:
A service activation fee of $61.04 by NetLink Trust is required.
A relocation fee of $59.09 will be charged for moving your service.
What the Relocation Fee covers:
Our Service Technician will visit your new address to set up and activate your service. Hereās what you need to do:
Bring Your Equipment: Make sure to bring all your existing equipment with you to your new home.
Technician Visit: Our technician will handle the rest, setting up and activating your service at your new address.
Get Your Relocation Fee Waived: If you renew for a 24-month contract within 3 months before or after moving, weāll waive the $59.09 relocation charge.
