How do I remove static IP on my account?

You can only remove static IP via MyAccount if you do not wish to have it anymore.

Note: $51 static IP cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your Static IP within 1 year of activation

Here's how you can remove your static IP

Log in to Your MyAccount > Select "Managed Add-on" > Click "Static IP' > Select "Terminate Static IP"

Description: The image above displays the "Terminate Static IP" button in "Static IP" page under the "Manage Add-Ons" tab in Fibre MyAccount.

In view of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate increase from 8% to 9%, there will be slight adjustment in the stated prices if your charge(s) is/ are incurred from 1 January 2024.
