My mobile service has been suspended due to late payments. What should I do?

As a last resort, if we have been unable to contact you after multiple attempts and your bill payment has been overdue, your mobile service will be suspended.

To reactivate your service, you’re required to make the full payment immediately and a reactivation charge of $21.80 (each reactivation) will apply for consumer accounts. Your service will resume as soon as we are able to confirm the payment.

In view of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate increase from 8% to 9%, there will be a slight adjustment in the stated prices if your charge(s) is/ are incurred from 1 January 2024.
