Can I terminate my mobile line?

Yes, you can terminate your existing mobile line with us. However, we'll be really sad to see you go.

Please note:

  • Inform us at least 3 working days in advance.

  • A full month's subscription and any incurred charges will be charged to your final invoice.

  • Ensure you have no outstanding bills.

To initiate termination, provide:

  • Your MyRepublic registered email address.

  • The mobile number to terminate.

  • Termination reason.

  • Preferred termination date (if any).

🚨 Important Information:

  1. Strictly no withdrawal of the termination request once it is being processed.

  2. A final bill may be sent after the termination of service to reflect any unbilled or delayed charges (e.g., Local and Roaming Voice/SMS)
