ASUS RT AX3000 Troubleshooting: WiFi Connected with No Internet Access

Is your ASUS RT AX3000 connected to WiFi but there is no Internet connection? Follow these troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Using your laptop or mobile phone, make sure you are connected to your WiFi. If you are using a mobile phone, turn off your mobile data.

โ€‹Step 2: On your laptop or mobile phone, open a web browser and key in router.asus.com

Step 3: Click Create New Network

Step 4: Key in the network name (SSID) and network key (password) for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz and Apply

Step 5: Click Next about the AX links compatibility

โ€‹Step 6: Click on Firmware Upgrade

Tip: If firmware upgrade fails, proceed to do the manual update by uploading the firmware file from here to your desktop

Step 7: Your device should be working now!
