Unlimited 4G Mobile Plan Promotion for Existing Broadband Customers

Effective from 25 Sep 2019, we’re offering all existing Broadband Customers our new Unlimited 4G Mobile plan. Each subscriber can sign up to 5 Unlimited Mobile Plan (T&Cs apply).

Requirements

  • Existing Active MyRepublic Broadband Customers

  • Broadband login account used for the Unlimited Mobile Plan Sign up*

Note: You will have to use your existing broadband account login to sign up for the Unlimited Mobile Plan.

If you have separate broadband and mobile account login details, please contact us to merge your account in order to enjoy the offer.

For existing Broadband customers, simply sign up for a new Unlimited Mobile Plan or change your existing mobile plan to enjoy the plan.

Here's a step by step guide for our existing broadband customers to take up the New Unlimited Plan with us:

  • Signing up for the New Unlimited Plan

  • Changing your existing mobile plan to the New Unlimited Plan

Signing up for the New Unlimited Plan

Step 1: Visit our main website & select the unlimited plan.

Step 2: Click “Login” to your existing Broadband Account

Step 3: Login to your existing Broadband MyAccount credentials

Tips: the email address log in is the one where you receive your monthly invoice. If you can't remember your login password, click here to reset your password.

Step 4: Done! The discounted Unlimited Plan will now be selected

Changing your existing mobile plan to the New Unlimited Plan

Step 1: Visit our mobile MyAccount website & login to your account

Tips: Your login email is the email address in which you receive our monthly invoice from. Can't remember your log in password? Click "forget your password" to reset it!

Step 2: Click "Change Plan

Description: The image above shows the landing page for mobile MyAccount where the customer can select to "Change Plan".

Step 3: If you see the “-$10.00” for the Unlimited plan, it means that you are eligible! Click "Next" and proceed with the change plan request and your new plan will take effect on your next billing cycle.
