When Submitting the Porting Request:
Registered Owner Details: Provide the same details as with your current telco

Note: If the mobile number isn't registered under your name, no worries! Download the authorization form, and submit it along with the registered owner's NRIC/FIN during your sign-up.
After Applying for Number Porting:
Keep Your Number Active: Ensure your current mobile number stays active (suspended or inactive numbers can't be ported).
Settle Outstanding Payments: Clear any unpaid bills with your current provider 💳.
⚠️ Important: Numbers registered under a company or deceased person cannot be transferred. Transfer ownership to your personal name before applying.
