When Submitting the Porting Request:
Provide the same details as with your original telco, including:
Name of the registered owner of the mobile number π
NRIC/ID information π
Mobile number (for postpaid numbers only; prepaid numbers can't be transferred) π±
Original telco π‘
Note: If the mobile number isn't registered under your name, no worries! Download the authorization form, and submit it along with the registered owner's NRIC/FIN during your sign-up.
After Applying for Number Porting:
Keep your number active with your current mobile service provider (it can't be suspended or inactive for porting).
Clear any outstanding payments with your current mobile service provider π³.
Important: Important: Mobile numbers registered under a company and deceased person cannot be transferred. Transfer ownership to your personal name before requesting number porting.
