What can I use MyAccount (fibre) for?

We believe that customers should be empowered to take control of their account with us. Here's a simple, go-to list of all the features that MyAccount for fibre customer enables you to do so.

1. View and edit your personal information, such as:

  • Contact information (e.g. Mobile number)

  • MyAccount password

2. View and edit your billing information, such as your:

  • Billing and invoice history

  • Payment method to a new credit/debit card
