My termination point (TP) is damaged, what should I do?

Don't worry, we've got you covered and can help fix the issue for you!

To process your request, we'll need the following details:

  1. Subscriber's Full Name

  2. Subscriber's NRIC

  3. Contact Number

  4. Service Address

Once you have these details ready, simply email them to us at myorder@myrepublic.net. After we receive and submit your order request, NetLink Trust will get in touch with you to schedule an appointment. They aim to do this within 3 working days.

Please be aware that there is a one-time charge for this service:

  • $182.03 w/GST for non-landed properties

  • $333.54 w/GST for landed properties

Remember, if you cancel after confirming your preferred date, the amount is not refundable.

Also, due to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate increase from 8% to 9%, starting 1 January 2024, there might be a slight adjustment in these prices.
