Before porting your mobile number to MyRepublic, ensure the following:

  1. Your number is a postpaid number.

  2. The number is registered under your name and NRIC/ID.

  3. Company-registered numbers must be transferred to your personal name before porting.

  4. Your mobile service with your current provider is active (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be ported in).

  5. There is no outstanding balance with your current telco.

If the mobile number is not registered under your name, not to worry. Download the authorisation form and submit it together with the registered owner 's photo ID during your sign-up.

⚠️ Note: Numbers registered under a company cannot be transferred.
