How do I enable call forwarding for my home voice?

You may log in to your fibre MyAccount under "manage voice" to enable call forwarding for your home line.

Description: The image above displays the "Call Forward" icon in the "Manage Voice" tab on Fibre MyAccount.

Alternatively, you may also enable call forwarding using the telephone:

  • To activate, dial *72* <8 digit phone number> and wait for IVR confirmation

  • To deactivate, dial #72 and wait for IVR confirmation.

Note: To use the Call Forwarding feature, you must be subscribed to a home voice plan that already includes Call Forwarding, or you can subscribe to this feature if you are currently on the Standard Pack. This ensures you have access to the Call Forwarding functionality as part of your home voice service.
