My fibre broadband has been suspended due to late payments. What should I do?

If we've tried to reach you multiple times but haven't had any luck, and your bill payment is overdue, we may have to suspend your fibre service as a last resort 🚫🌐.

To get your service back πŸ”„, you'll need to make the full overdue payment right away πŸ’³. Also, for consumer accounts, a reactivation fee of $49.05 will be charged for each reactivation. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll get your service up and running again πŸš€.

Please note that your service will be disrupted if your bill is late, depending on your bill due dates
