For New Customer

You can apply for static IP when you sign up for our fibre broadband service on our order portal. You will receive an email with your Static IP information and instruction once it's successfully activated.

For Existing Customer

You can apply for Static IP via MyAccount. We take up to 5 working days to process your Static IP application. You will receive an email with your Static IP information and instruction once it's successfully activated.
