MyRepublic may request a guarantee deposit from new customers based on the results of our credit verification process. This deposit is a standard procedure for some subscribers, depending on their credit status.

Don't be concerned about this deposit, as it will be refunded to you once you terminate your service with MyRepublic. The processing time for the deposit refund varies depending on the payment method:

  • Payment by Credit Card: It will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to process the refund.

  • All Other Payment Methods: The processing time extends to 6 to 8 weeks.

Rest assured, you'll receive your deposit back after the termination of your service, following these processing times.
