You can reschedule your service and ONT installation appointment without any penalty if you do so more than 24 hours in advance, using the MyRepublic App.

💡 Just keep in mind, rescheduling is only possible up to two weeks from your original appointment date.

Please be aware, that after your appointment with NetLink Trust is confirmed, we cannot make any changes to it.

🚨 Please remember, if you reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a $21.80 missed appointment charge.

For Termination Point (TP) installation appointments with NetLink Trust (NLT), you'll need approval from NLT for rescheduling.
