How to set up GIRO via Internet Banking?

Note: this is only applicable to DBS/POSB customers only. We will take 3-5 working days to update your payment method.

To set up GIRO application via internet banking, you can refer to the following steps:

Mobile customers

Broadband customers

Step 1: Log in to DBS/ POSB internet banking

Once logged into DBS iBanking, hover your mouse to "Pay" and click "Add GIRO Arrangement"

Step 2: Authenticate yourself

Depending on your preferred authentication method, you will be prompt different. You can log in with your IB secure device, DBS digital token or via SMS.

Step 3: Filling up the details

Billing Organisation: MyRepublic Limited
Billing Reference: Your MyRepublic Billing Account number (starts with RAxxxxxxx) OR your customer ID (starts with Cxxxxxxx) OR your NRIC/ FIN number*

*Note: If you are a brand new MyRepublic customer OR if you wish to apply GIRO for all of your services under the same NRIC/ FIN, please input your NRIC/ FIN number under "Bill Reference"

Step 4: Done!

Once you're done, you need to screenshot the confirmation page and send it to us via our submit a request form below so that we can verify.
