When can I Recontract My Fibre Broadband?

Important: Your bill could be higher (e.g., $61.12) because your contract or promotional rate has ended after your 12 or 24-month term. To secure promotional rates again, it's important to recontract.

You can recontract your fibre broadband with us if:

  • you are on the 22nd month of your contract (for 24-month contract) or

  • you are on the 12th month of your contract (for 12-month contract) and,

  • no outstanding balance

Tips: You can check your contract expiry date in your MyAccount Under "Managed My Plan" or MyRepublic Mobile App.
