For any mobile plans purchased before 31 Mar 2020, do make sure that you set up your APN as instructed below:
For iPhone (iOS11 & above)
You just have to set your APN to "myrepublic" <not case sensitive> on your iPhone to start using your phone as a personal hotspot device
Steps:
Select "Settings"
Choose "Mobile Data"
Select "Mobile Data Options"
Select "Mobile Data Network"
Scroll down & under "Personal Hotspot", enter APN as "myrepublic" <not case sensitive>

No. You have to upgrade your current OS to the latest version (at least iOS11 and above) to use this function on MyRepublic network.
