Check your device is 5G-ready with our quick checklist:
Check if your phone works with the 5G Standalone (SA) network.
If you want to use an eSIM, make sure it's 5G SA compatible.

Your phone may support 5G, but it might not be compatible with the latest 5G network we offer.
If your phone doesn't support the newest 5G, you can still subscribe to our 5G plan using a regular SIM card and enjoy 4G speeds.
This information applies specifically to phones sold in Singapore.
Certain 5G phones from brands such as Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo, and LG may not support eSIM technology.

π‘ Tip: To check if your device supports 5G eSIM, please refer to the steps below:
For iOS device:
1. Go to Settings > General > About.
2. Scroll down to view the Carrier Lock section.
3. If your device is unlocked, it will show "No SIM restrictions"
4. Scroll down to Available SIM (iOS 15 or later) or Digital SIM (earlier iOS versions)
5. If your phone supports eSIMs, it will show a 15-digit IMEI number.
For Android device:
1. Go to Settings > Connections.
2. Tap SIM Card Manager.
3. If "Add Mobile Plan or eSim" is available, your android device supports eSIM.
