When will my travel booster plans be automatically renewed?
Updated over a month ago

The auto-renew function is available for 4G & 5G mobile service subscribed to the 24-hour and 7-day plans. πŸ“…πŸ“Ά

By default, the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will be auto-renewed for 4G Mobile services upon the depletion of the bundled roaming data or upon the expiration of the validity period, whichever comes first. β³πŸ“Ά

For 5G mobile services. the 24-hour and 7-day Travel Boosters will automatically renew upon expiration. However, if your bundled data roaming is used up before the validity period ends, you will need to purchase an additional Travel Booster to remain connected. πŸŒπŸ”„

You have the option to disable auto-renew if you do not wish to continue upon successful activation. βŒπŸ”„

SMS notifications will be received upon adding a Travel Booster plan, prior to auto-renewal, and reminders of your data roaming consumption for proper guidance and reference. πŸ“©πŸ””πŸ“Š

πŸ’‘ Tip: Subscribers who have opted in for the auto-renew feature on their Travel Booster, this feature will need to be opted out prior to disabling the roaming feature from the app.

Auto-renew feature will need to be turned off when roaming service is no longer required to avoid the automatic renewal of the Travel Booster upon the return to Singapore.

Should you opt to turn-off the auto-renew feature upon receiving the renewal message, this can be done from "Manage Roaming" landing page on the MyRepublic Mobile App. Toggle on the renewal button to turn on/off this feature. βœ…βŒπŸ”„
