Yes, you can bring your existing home line number to MyRepublic! 📞✨ Here’s how you can do it smoothly:

Steps to Port-In Your Number

  1. One-Time Fee: A nominal fee of $19.50 (inclusive of GST) is required. The process typically takes around 2 weeks to complete.

  2. GST Adjustment: With the GST rate increasing from 8% to 9% on January 1, 2024, there may be slight price adjustments for charges incurred after this date.

Before You Start

Ensure the following conditions are met before initiating the port-in process:

  • Active Line: Your current home line must be active and not terminated or suspended with your original telco.

  • Broadband Installation: Ensure your fiber broadband installation is completed and active at the time of number port completion.

  • Outstanding Bills: Make sure there are no outstanding bills with your existing network provider.

  • Contractual Obligations: Your home line should not be tied to an existing contract or bundled with other services like cable TV.

  • Accurate Details: Ensure all submitted details are correct, including the number to be ported, current telco, and the owner’s information (address, signature, and NRIC/FIN).

You can apply for the number porting service in two simple ways:

  2. Email Your Application: Alternatively, email your completed application form to service.fnp@myrepublic.net 📧.

If the Home Line Number Isn’t Yours

If the home line number belongs to someone else, you’ll need to fill out an authorization form ✍️ to proceed.
