How to Delete Your MysticPOD Account

At MysticPOD, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, if you decide to delete your account, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Log in to Your MysticPOD Account:
Visit MysticPOD and log in using your account credentials.

Navigate to Account Settings:

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Locate the Delete Account Option:

  • On the Account Management section.

  • Click on Delete Account button.

Confirm Your Deletion Request:

  • A confirmation prompt will appear explaining the implications of account deletion.

  • Click Delete My Account to proceed.


Deleting Account under subscription:

If you have an active subscription, you’ll need to cancel it before deleting your account to ensure our system processes the cancellation and prevents any further charges.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. When you click the Delete Account button, the system will prompt you to cancel your subscription first.

  2. Select the Cancel Subscription button, which will redirect you to the Billing tab.

  3. In the Billing tab, click on the Cancel Subscription button to finalize the cancellation.

  4. Once your subscription is successfully canceled, return to the Account Settings page to continue with the account deletion process.

This ensures a smooth cancellation and deletion process without any additional charges.


Important Notes Before Deleting:

  • Irreversible Action: Once your account is deleted, all your data, including liked templates, creations, and saved preferences, will be permanently erased.

  • Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid being charged further.

  • Customer Support: If you need assistance or have questions about deleting your account, feel free to contact our support team.
