Can I Use Mystic for Free?
Mystic offers a free trial to help you explore its features before committing to a paid plan.
With the free plan, you have:
Limited access to basic features.
Premium enhancements for image design are unavailable.
No credits
Browse templates and explore the platform
Receive and view shared collections
With the Free Plan, you won't have any credits; therefore, you won't be able to generate any designs.
How Many Credits Do I Need?
The number of credits you'll need depends on how you use the tool. Here's a quick overview of the credit costs for each size format:
Square designs cost 1 credit each
Portrait or landscape designs require 1.5 credits each
Remix Square designs cost 1 credit each
Remix Portrait or landscape designs require 1.5 credits each
📌 The Remove Background, and Upscale features are premium options and are only available with a subscription plan.
Credit Rollover Policy (Free vs. Paid Plans)
If you're on a paid plan, your credits reset each month on your renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
How do I check my remaining credits in the account?
Your total credits will be shown just above your profile located in the lower-left corner of the page.
📌 The total credit balance on your account updates to reflect any recent activity, such as design generation or subscription renewal. If you’ve made a recent change and the credit total doesn’t appear correctly, we recommend refreshing the page to ensure the balance is updated properly.
Can I purchase additional credit?
If you're an LTD member or on the Scale Plan, you can purchase an additional 150 credits.
If you're on the Lifetime Deal, you'll have a discounted rate of $6.03.
Simply click on your profile and select "Buy Credits" to proceed. You can buy as many batches of 150 credits as you need!
