Common image generation issues often arise from AI limitations, including difficulties with complex prompts, resolution restrictions, and challenges in creating detailed or highly specific content. We've compiled some helpful tips to improve your image quality and optimize turnarounds, so you can achieve the results you’re aiming for.
Issues with Body Parts in Images?
If your AI-generated images aren't producing body parts correctly, there's no need to change your prompt. The Mystic 1.0 model sometimes struggles with rendering body parts accurately. We don't have a solution for this issue at the moment. However, we recommend trying the Mystic 1.1 model, which has shown fantastic results in this area.
Misspellings in AI Generation
AI technology isn't perfect, and occasionally, images may contain spelling errors, missing words, or extra letters. Here are some tips to mitigate these issues:
Generate Multiple Times: Simply generate your prompt a few times to see if you get the desired text.
Use Simpler Words: Replace longer, complex words with shorter synonyms. Shorter words and sentences are easier for AI to generate correctly.
Proper Prompt: Ensure that any specific wording or text is placed in quotation marks (" "). Additionally, disable the Magic Prompt feature and uncheck the "T-shirt" option in the product selection.
Placement: Place the text at the beginning of the prompt. MysticPOD works best with text that is up to 7 words long.
Remix for Content: If the image content is correct but the text contains errors, it's usually easier to remix the image to correct the text and then add the changes. Keep in mind that the Remix feature won't produce an identical image, but it will create a similar version based on the original.
NOTE: AI generators often struggle with spelling, and it's common to encounter incorrect or missing words or letters. MysticPOD is actively working to improve and reduce these errors and enhance overall accuracy.
One tip that might help generate better typography designs is to untick the T-shirt option while writing your prompt:
Troubleshooting Blurry Images
We understand your concern regarding blurry images, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, 5-10% of generated images may appear unclear, often due to the inclusion of the keyword "background" in prompts.
Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:
Copy the Prompt: Click on the image to copy the prompt or use the "+" button to auto-fill the prompt bar.
Review the Prompt: Look for any mention of the word "background." Try replacing it with alternatives like "foreground," "backdrop," or "surface" for clearer results.
Disable Magic Prompt: Turn off the Magic Prompt feature and uncheck the product option to have more control over your prompt.

Challenges with Background Removal
Complex Backgrounds
Backgrounds with intricate patterns, similar colors to the subject, or multiple elements can confuse AI tools, leading to imprecise separations.Subjects with Fine Details (Hair, Fur, etc.)
Wispy elements like hair or fur often get cut off or appear unnatural due to their delicate, hard-to-detect edges.Transparent or Reflective Surfaces
Objects such as glass, water, or shiny materials can blend with the background or reflect it, making them difficult for AI to distinguish.Inconsistent Lighting and Shadows
Uneven lighting or shadows may cause the AI to misidentify parts of the subject or treat shadows as part of the background.Gradient Backgrounds
Smooth color transitions in gradient backgrounds make it challenging for AI to detect clear boundaries, resulting in uneven cuts.
Tips for Effective Image Prompts and Background Removal
Use High-Contrast Descriptions
When prompting, specify details that emphasize contrast between the subject and the background. For example, “A person with sharp outlines against a solid white background” ensures clearer separation.
Include Solid Backgrounds
Opt for plain, solid-colored backgrounds (like white) in your prompt. This makes it easier to isolate the subject later during background removal. Example: “A product on a plain white backdrop.”
Mention Clean Edges and Outlines
Incorporate terms like “sharp edges” or “clean outlines” in your prompt to help the AI generate images with clearly defined subjects. This reduces the chance of blending with the background.
Avoid Complex Patterns
Specify a simple or minimal background. For instance, “A portrait with a neutral, single-color backdrop” avoids intricate designs that complicate removal.
Use Well-Lit Descriptions
Emphasize even lighting in your prompt. Phrases like “soft, uniform lighting” or “no shadows” help prevent issues caused by harsh light or uneven shadows.
Specify Clear Subject Focus
Direct the AI to center the subject in the image. For example, “A central figure in focus with a blurred background” ensures the main subject stands out for easier background editing.
Avoid Gradients and Transparent Elements
If background removal is planned, request solid colors rather than gradients or translucent objects. Example: “A clear object on a solid black background.”
Use Minimalist Prompts
Keep prompts concise and focused on the key elements. For example, “A single product shot with no additional elements.”
By incorporating these tips, you can create images that are easier to edit and achieve cleaner background removal.
Tips for Effective Prompting
Prompting can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we've designed the magic prompt feature to make it straightforward and easy to use. Here’s how to get the best results:
Activate the Magic Prompt Feature: This feature will skillfully articulate your prompts, ensuring optimal results.
Manual Prompting Tips:
Start with your main subject.
Avoid having too many subjects in one prompt.
Separate each characteristic/description with commas.
Specify the art style before choosing the background color.
Example: For the background, we recommend replacing "Background" with alternatives like “foreground,” “backdrop,” or “surface.”
For Mystic 1.0, end your prompt with "t-shirt design." For Mystic 1.1, use "t-shirt design style."
Choosing the Right Model for Multiple Subjects
Mystic 1.0: Works better for single main subjects, such as "cat," "cross," or "roses."
Mystic 1.1: Handles multiple subjects effectively, like "cat and flowers," "dog next to a bicycle," or "a tree and a chipmunk."
By following these tips and selecting the appropriate model, you can enhance your AI image generation experience and achieve better results.
