We use Stripe as our billing platform to ensure your payment details are secure. To access your billing information, follow these steps within your MysticPOD Account:
1. On your homepage, click your profile image icon located in the top right corner.
2. Select the "Upgrade" button, which will direct you to the Plan and Billing section of your account.
How Can I View & Download My Mystic Invoices/ Receipts?
3. Click the "Current Plan" button to access your current plan details.
4. This will take you to the full details of your plan and the invoices. Click on the on invoice you want to download.
5. You can then select the option to download either your invoice or receipt.
