How do I complete the Tasks module?

Trev's Tasks module provides an easy and effective way to assign tasks to members within your farming operation and get vital context and visibility across your team.

To add a new one-off task:

  1. Click Add New Task at the top in green

  2. Select One-off at the top of the event card

  3. Enter the info in the Event card including the Date Scheduled, Task Name, Task Description, Task Type, Task Priority, Progress Status, who the task is Assigned To and finally a Reference and Notes and then click the blue Add button

  4. Add multiple tasks as needed by clicking Add New Task again

  5. Once you’ve entered all the Tasks for the week, click Save and Continue

To add a Recurring Task:

  1. Click Add New Task at the top in green

  2. Select Recurring at the top of the event card

  3. Enter the info in the Event card including the Recurring Tasks Settings with the Start Date, how often the task should repeat and the End Date.

  4. Next enter the usual task information such as Date Scheduled, Task Name, Task Description, Task Type, Task Priority, Progress Status, who the task is Assigned To and finally a Reference and Notes and then click the blue Add button.

  5. Add multiple tasks as needed by clicking Add New Task again

  6. Once you’ve entered all the Tasks for the week, click Save and Continue

Don’t forget! As well as adding in any new tasks, it’s important to update any existing tasks that haven't been finished during the week.

To update an existing task:

  1. Click on the blue square with pencil to the right of the Task you want to edit

  2. Update the Task with the new details

  3. Click the blue Update button

  4. When everything’s been entered or updated, click Save & Continue
