How do I use event attachments in the weekly reporting process?

Trev's event attachments provide an easy and effective way to attach PDFs, JPGs and PNGs to a range of events within Trev.

PDF, JPG and PNG event attachments can be added to the following event types:

  • Land Event

  • Fertiliser Event

  • Livestock Event

  • Weight Event

  • Feed Event

  • Medicine Cabinet Batch

  • Animal Health Treatment

  • Task

  • Diary Note

Event attachments can be added, edited or deleted from three locations within Trev:

  • The weekly reporting process

  • Calendar View

  • Farm Admin Screen

How to add an event attachment within the weekly reporting process:

  1. Click Add Event on one of the supported event types above.

  2. Enter the info on the event card.

  3. Select the paperclip icon at the bottom of the event card.
    ​

  4. Either drag one of the supported file types into the blue rectangle, or use the browse button to use your devices file directory to select a file. Wait for the upload process to complete.

  5. Click Add to save the event.

How to edit delete or edit attachments within the weekly reporting process:

  1. Click Edit next to the event with the attachments associated to it

  2. Select the paperclip icon at the bottom of the event card.

  3. You can now drag to reorder attachments or click the x icon in the top right of the attachment preview.
