How do I confirm a draft event?

An event that is created via the Quick Add function will remain in a draft state until confirmed usually in your weekly report process.

To Confirm a Draft event in the Web app:

Navigate to the relevant Module of the weekly report process. You’ll see this event sitting at the top of the module event section (shaded blue) along with any other events that require review.

You can take 1 of 3 actions for a draft event:

  • Confirm the event simply by clicking the green tick icon.

  • Edit the event and update details by clicking on the blue edit (pencil) icon.

  • Reject the event by clicking the red rubbish bin icon.

You can also click on the expand ( > ) icon to the left of this event to see more details.

Handy tip! Head to the My Farms section on the main menu to see which farms have draft events (or pending transfers) to confirm.

To Confirm a Draft event in the Mobile app:

  1. From the Click the 'More' menu at the bottom right-hand side of the mobile app.

  2. Select 'Manage events'.

  3. Select the event type that has draft events.

  4. From the drop down you can select the specific farm you want to look at or look at all farms.

  5. Use the quick filters below the drop down to select the 'Draft' events.

  6. Click on the draft event you want to approve.

  7. Click 'Show more'

  8. Select to Reject, Edit or Confirm the event.

Don’t forget! If you have Reporter level access, you will only be able to approve draft events in the current weekly reporting period.
