We know that things can change - whether it's your team, your farm setup, or other key details. While farm information can only be updated by a Trev administrator, we're able to make changes to any previously provided details when needed.
If you're not a Full Access user, we’ll confirm the request with someone who has the authority to approve changes before making any updates. The easiest way to get in touch is through Trev's live chat, just click the chat icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
What if there are changes happening in our business?
If you’re expecting any changes to your Trev subscription, like staff leaving or buying/selling a farm, let us know as soon as you can so we can sort it for you.
What if we're changing Milk Processor or Dairy Supply Number?
The milk processor and associated dairy supply numbers (DSNs) attached to a farm are displayed in the Farm Details tab. Do let us know if these are changing so we can capture your milk production data from the very start of the season.
