Trev’s R&M module captures all the Repairs & Maintenance tasks so you have a record of what needs to be fixed or replaced. Here’s a quick overview of what to do with the component!
Repairs & Maintenance Register
To add a new R&M event:
Click Add Another at the top in green
Enter the info in the Event card, then click the blue Add button
Add multiple events as needed by clicking Add Another
Once you’ve entered all the events for the week, click Update
Don’t forget! As well as adding in any new R&M events, it’s important to update any existing events that have been solved during the week.
To update an existing R&M event:
Click on the blue square with pencil to the right of the event you want to edit
Update the description with your new details
Change the status from Incomplete to Complete and select the date it was done
Click the blue Update button
When everything’s been entered or updated, click Save & Continue
