How do I find a completed report?

Sometimes a report needs to be edited, we get it. It’s easy to find a previously submitted report in Trev:

  1. Click on the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of the dashboard

  2. Open the Completed Reports section

  3. Click on the three lines with circles in the top right and apply any filters you need to locate the right report

  4. Click the three dots to the right of the report

  5. Depending on your access level and what you want to do, choose from View, Download, Export or Edit

Don’t forget! Only Full Access, Authorised and Editor users can export and edit a report which has already been submitted.
