If you’re a Full Access or Authorised user for your farm, you’ll be able to edit the access levels for the users associated with that particular farm.
To update a user’s access levels, follow these steps:
Click the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of your dashboard
Click on Your Farms
Click on the name of the farm you want to edit a user’s access for
Click the Team tab, this will show you the list of team members with access to the farm and their corresponding access level
Under Actions, click the blue person icon on the right of the screen of the user who's access you want to edit
Select the appropriate access level then click the blue Edit access button
The light blue box will show the new access level, and a confirmation box will pop up in the top right of the screen when the change is made
If you're a Authosied user, you won't be able to edit access for Full Access users. If you’re a Full Access user, you won’t be able to downgrade your own or other Full Access users access level. To change the Full Access user on your account, get in touch through Intercom and we’ll do this for you.
