Can I edit an existing user’s access level?

If you’re a Full Access user for your farm, you’ll be able to edit the access levels for the users associated with that particular farm.

To update a user’s access levels, follow these steps:

  1. Click the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of your dashboard

  2. Click on Your Farms

  3. Click on the name of the farm you want to edit a user’s access for - this will show you the Assigned User table

  4. Click the light blue box on the right of the screen, under the Access heading of the user you want to change

  5. Select the appropriate access level

  6. The light blue box will show the new access level, and a confirmation box will pop up in the top right of the screen when the change is made

If you’re a Full Access user, you won’t be able to downgrade your own access level. To change the Full Access user on your account, get in touch through Intercom and we’ll do this for you.
